Shoes. They kind of make me happy…not gonna lie.
I am pretty sure that you can never have too many shoes. And you can never have too many boots.
The thing with buying shoes is that they can last for a really long time. See…that’s how you can justify it.
Say you find a stellar pair of boots that you love for $100.00.
You take the cost of the shoes. Divide it by the number of years you are going to wear them,and then what you have there is this: If you end up being able to wear the boots for the next 5 years? That is only $20.00 per year! Now that is a deal and a half. So when you need to talk money with the hubby? Tell him that it is a commitment of only 4 cents a week! That is literally the change in your couch cushion.
And how could he possibly argue with that? You’re welcome.
Here are a few of my favorite boots from over the years.
1. Do shop at thrift stores, on craigslist and antique stores. You can get some great deals.
2. Do NOT shop at justfab.com. They will suck the life out of you while you aren’t even looking. Trust me. Learn from my mistakes!
